That's all well and good, of course, but we always say that we'll never truly know until we do them blind and that's exactly what more and more people are now doing!
There's never been a better time to take an evening and set up a blind flight for yourself and we're here to help. Kenny Coleman is the executive producer and co-host of Bourbon Pursuit. With 17 years of experience working in technology, he offers a perspective of industry disruption and what it means for bourbon. Kenny has been a presenter at bourbon society meetings, conferences, other podcasts, and a panel moderator at Bourbon & Beyond. In December of 2018 he co-founded Pursuit Spirits, a private label whiskey line of hand selected single barrels bottled at barrel proof. Kenny's work has been featured in prominent blogs as well as mainstream media.

Peggy is a woman of many firsts. She founded PNSA and The Bourbon Women Association. She is the first woman in the world to receive the title of Master Bourbon Taster. Formerly of Brown-Forman, Peggy was their Global Event Planner for iconic brands such as Woodford Reserve. She brings her decades of experiential marketing and professional presence development to PNSA designing and building brand architecture for places and people. In 2019 Peggy was inducted into the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame by the Kentucky Distillers Association.
It's Bourbon Night
Sara is a born and raised Kentuckian that was drawn into the world of bourbon when she was working for the marketing department of a restaurant group that was opening up a bourbon bar. She quickly became respected as a serious bourbon drinker when she found a love for barrel-proof pours (neat, of course). Sara's interest in video was piqued when a production company was hired to shoot a video for the bar. This fateful encounter would lead her to a new career in content creation, and to meeting Chad, her future co-host of the YouTube channel "It's Bourbon Night", which launched in 2016. As the channel grew, so did Sara's relationship with Chad. The two hosts married in 2019 and live in Lexington, Kentucky.
It's Bourbon Night
Chad is a born and raised Kentuckian that grew up in Bourbon County, Kentucky, and, because of this, loves to say his involvement in the whiskey industry was "meant to be". Shortly after turning 21, he set it upon himself to understand the spirit his native state lays claim to, and so he started having "Bourbon Nights" with his friends. Many years later he would make a new friend, one that Chad recognized as the perfect person to join him in a project he had been contemplating for quite a while - starting a YouTube channel about bourbon. In 2016 with his co-host, Sara, he took his love of video production and combined it with whiskey to create "It's Bourbon Night". As the channel grew, so did his relationship with Sara. The two hosts married in 2019 and live in Lexington, Kentucky. Chad also loves to say that this is the second, and most important, "meant to be" in his life.
Sipp'n Corn
Brian is a Louisville, Kentucky attorney who found a way to combine his passions for law, bourbon, and history. While already a bourbon enthusiast for decades, Brian happened upon an 1881 lawsuit where James E. Pepper had sued Labrot & Graham over Labrot & Graham’s continued use of the name “Old Oscar Pepper Distillery,” which had been owned by James’s father and grandfather, but which James lost in bankruptcy after his father died. The story played out better than fiction, and he was hooked.
After finding other cases of significant bourbon historical value, Brian discovered that bourbon law tracks the growth of the United States, from conquering the wild frontier, to rugged individualism, to the entrepreneurial spirit, to establishing a nation of laws. American law developed along with the bourbon industry, both of which in turn track the evolution and growth of the United States.
The interplay between bourbon, law, and history led Brian to blogging as Sipp’n Corn®, which quickly developed into media credentials, collaboration with retailers to select private barrels, and ultimately to Bourbon Justice: How Whiskey Law Shaped America (Potomac Books, 2018).
Bourbon Justice is Brian’s first book, but it won’t be his last.
