Chad is a born and raised Kentuckian that grew up in Bourbon County, Kentucky, and, because of this, loves to say his involvement in the whiskey industry was "meant to be".  Shortly after turning 21, he set it upon himself to understand the spirit his native state lays claim to, and so he started having "Bourbon Nights" with his friends.  Many years later he would make a new friend, one that Chad recognized as the perfect person to join him in a project he had been contemplating for quite a while - starting a YouTube channel about bourbon.  In 2016 with his co-host, Sara, he took his love of video production and combined it with whiskey to create "It's Bourbon Night".  As the channel grew, so did his relationship with Sara.  The two hosts married in 2019 and live in Lexington, Kentucky.  Chad also loves to say that this is the second, and most important, "meant to be" in his life.
